Sri Lankan Hindu Wedding:Nisha&Sujikanth
Wow this is one of the prettiest Sri Lankan weddings I’ve seen so far.I had posted their engagement shoot last week and then came across their gorgeous wedding today. She makes such a pretty bride I love love the transitioning of the video from engagement to wedding it’s just so lovely. I love the cinematography which makes it even nicer to watch this wedding. By far one of my favourite Sri Lankan weddings of the year. Though I didn’t understand a word of tamil I loved the soundtrack the cinematographer used for this trailer.

Interracial/Interfaith South Indian Hindu&Australian Christian Wedding:Reena&Nick
This was the best wedding ever, they danced to kathak, then played dandiya and she wore a beautiful white saree. Then her mother-in-law did aarti on her which was so so nice to see. I loved how both families were so in touch with the couple and the rituals and everyone was super happy for them. She looked like a princess in the western gown this is one of my favourite weddings for the years. Everyone’s got to see this one :D

Sri Lankan Muslim Wedding:Ishna&Mushtaq
Finally the day has come when I come across my first ever Sri Lankan destination Muslim wedding. This makes me super happy because it’s so rare to come across a good quality Sri Lankan Muslim wedding. Super happy that it’s filmed so well I’m in love with her vintage style lace wedding dress. Both couples have such a sweet love story this is the kind of wedding I think everyone should see.

Aww such a sweet traditional wedding ceremony. I loved the pre-wedding ceemony with all the gorgeous rangoli the pithi ceremony and the dancing. Then they had a really nice traditional wedding where she wore salwar kameez and it was so nice to see that traditional Punjabi touch. I like seeing traditions being passed on even in the 21st century.
